Our Story

From shared challenges to a shared vision

BIM EEC was born out of shared frustration, and shared ambition. Karl and Elie met while working at an architectural firm, where their complementary backgrounds quickly aligned. Karl brought deep expertise in parametric design, automation, and BIM strategy, having led teams and coordinated multi-trade projects. Elie contributed hands-on experience as a BIM specialist and site coordinator, managing workflows, resolving clashes, and working directly with consultants and contractors. They saw the same issue repeating across projects: outdated models, misaligned trades, and avoidable on-site delays. So they partnered to build BIM EEC, a consultancy focused on smart, precise BIM execution that delivers real impact on the ground.
